Eligibility

18 years of age or older with sound health are eligible to do tour. Below 18 years should be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Reservations and Deposits

For smooth reservation with Hotels and other services, early reservations are recommended. A deposit of 20% of total tour price, payable to Bangladesh Emerald Tours, is required to make a reservation. 
Payment of the Balance for the Tour

The balance of the payment for the land arrangements and rentals is due 60 days prior to the start of the tour. This balance is payable to Bangladesh Emerald Tours. We accept only cash or Bank Transfer. Please note that we cannot guarantee your reservation if we do not receive your final payment on time. 
Cancellation policy of Emerald Tours as follows:

90 days prior start of tour:           10 % cancellation fee of total tour price will be charged.
89 – 60 days prior start of tour:   25 % cancellation fee of total tour price will be charged 
59 -30 days prior start of tour:     40 % cancellation fee of total tour price will be charged.
29 days or less to start of tour:    No cash refund. 20 % of total tour price will be        
    transferred to any tour for one full year from cancellation 
    date.

Price and Tour Cancellation Guarantee

Prices may change due to increase of fuel cost, fluctuations of foreign currency. Bangladesh Emerald tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to lack of participation.
INSURANCE - It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical, personal accident etc. Bangladesh Emerald tours do not provide health/accident or travel insurance for the participant.

Responsibility:
Bangladesh Emerald Tours will not assume responsibility for any agency or person who fails to provide services that have been contracted for any of its tours. (In such an event, alternate services will be sought.) Bangladesh Emerald Tours assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items during the course of the tour. Bangladesh Emerald Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour for a participant at any time during the course of the tour.

Bangladesh Emerald tours will be responsible to operate the tour as per mentioned itinerary in any normal situation. Any natural disaster, political crises, delay or cancellation of air flight or any unavoidable situation Bangladesh Emerald tours will not responsible but will extend all the possible assistance. In these situations, you may be charged extra.

We reserve the right to revise or change the proposed itinerary for the smooth operation or unavoidable circumstances. Bangladesh Emerald tours reserve the right to accept or refuse any member of the tour.
