Mantissa Design & Consultant was established in 1998. With the overriding objective to provide truly professional and comprehensive structural and architectural services. Theses services cover a wide range of related activities, including urban planning, preparing of master plans, structural design, architectural design and construction management. The company also provides counseling on the feasibility and viability of a project, and on projects for its development and management. These services enable Mantissa Design & Consultant to work with clients from the beginning of a project until its successful completion.

This system allows a small, focused studio of designers to take responsibility for each stage of a project from the conceptual through preliminary and detailed design, to working plans and drawings. Each studio must answer directly to the firm's Managing Director and Executive Committee who scrutinize the quality of performance.
